Return and Exchange Guarantee


We hope you are completely satisfied with the pillow product you purchased. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return or exchange within the specified time.


Return and Exchange Period


You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the goods.


Orders placed after 30 days will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Return and Exchange Conditions


To ensure a smooth return or exchange, please ensure the product meets the following conditions:


• The product is unused, unwashed, and does not affect resale.


• The original packaging is intact (including accessories, labels, etc.).


• The problem is not caused by human error or improper use.


• If the product has quality problems, the above conditions do not apply.


Exchange Instructions


If you need to exchange the product (e.g., size, firmness, etc.):


• Please contact customer service to confirm inventory availability first.


• We will arrange for a reshipment after receiving the returned product.


• Exchanges are only supported for adjustments to the same product (e.g., specifications/model).


Refund Instructions


Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Return via Original Payment Method


If the original payment method is unavailable, we will discuss alternative refund methods with you.


Shipping Fee Information


For returns/exchanges not due to quality issues: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


For returns/exchanges due to quality issues or incorrect shipment: Shipping costs are the responsibility of us.


Return Process

Unsupported Return/Exchange Situations
